Instructions
1. Cut a piece of white fleece that is the same shape as your child’s body.
2. Cut a piece of black felt that is the same shape as the white fleece.
3. Glue the black felt to the white fleece.
4. Cut a hole in the top of the costume for your child’s head to fit through.
Not Scary Huggy Wuggy
This is a non-scary version of the huggy wuggy costume.
To make this costume, you will need:
a white T-shirt
a large piece of yellow fabric
a green fabric marker
scissors
a hot glue gun
a needle and thread
First, cut the T-shirt in half so that you have two sleeves.
Next, cut the yellow fabric into a large rectangle. It should be about twice as wide as the T-shirt and as long as the T-shirt from shoulder to hem.
Fold the fabric in half so that the two shorter ends meet. Sew the two ends together using a needle and thread.
Turn the fabric right side out.
Using the green fabric marker, draw a large leaf on one of the open ends of the fabric.
Hot glue the fabric to the T-shirt, so that the leaf is on one of the shoulder seams.
Sew the sleeves of the T-shirt to the sides of the fabric.
