How to  Prepare the  Kabasura Kudineer :

We get all this ingredient in mostly all the town in Tamil nadu . The shop called Nattu Marunthu Kadai. Clean and dry all the herbs separately and grind the herbs into a coarse powder better to grind in the manual grinder. So if you grind by hand the herbs will not get too much heat it will not lost the original content of the energy.
