Nobody wants to get sick of any illness, including suffering from vitamin D deficiency. And to avoid this deficiency, we need to get as many sources of vitamin D as we can. Vitamin D is really useful to build and maintain our bones.

Sources of Vitamin D

Milk has always been a common source of vitamin D. Other sources of vitamin D to avoid vitamin D deficiencyare fish, especially cod liver oil, and the sunlight.

And the other symptoms are mouth and throat burn feeling, irregular heartbeat, insomnia, pale skin and getting more sensitive to pain, and nervousness.

Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic one in which causes mucus excess in our body. This causes blocking our pancreas so that our pancreas cannot secreting digestive enzymes. And when it occurs, we cannot absorb the nutrients our body needs. People with this disease will commonly suffer from vitamin D deficiency.

Colitis and Crohn’s Disease

If you suffer from this disease, you will suffer diarrhea, and consequently, it causes vitamin deficiency.

Lupus

Don’t spend times too long in the sun when you have this disease, and surely this disease causes also vitamin deficiency.

Treatment

You should get your blood tested to measure whether you are suffering the deficiency or not. There are three treatments recommended by many experts to treat vitamin D deficiency: supplementation, artificial UV B, and sunlight.
